For over a decade, Liz has built a career on pairing a holistic approach to branding and marketing with a deep passion for the details—from copy to visuals, from social to video. At Contrast & Co., she zeroes in on the stories brands want to tell—and even more importantly, the ones they don’t yet know need sharing.

Formerly, Liz was the Creative Director at CAVA, the flagship brand of a growing food platform including nearly 100 chef-casual CAVA restaurants, a nationally distributed CPG line of dips and spreads, and more than 250 Zoës Kitchen restaurant locations across the country. Liz led a team of designers, content producers, and social strategists who took the richness of the CAVA brand and brought it to life across all verticals. Additionally, she spent a few years with the LivingSocial team, focused on copywriting and content development for the brand’s robust email program and its DC-focused lifestyle blog, SocialStudiesDC.

Relentlessly curious, highly detailed oriented, and ever-motivated by new challenges, Liz happily champions stories and solutions that help Contrast partner brands shine.

What Contrast means to me?

For me, contrast isn’t merely about going the opposite direction or rejecting expectations. It’s about intention. And it’s about balance. Rough and smooth. Black and white. Friendly and sophisticated. We create brands that live at that intersection. That are striking and smart. Surprising and familiar. That idea of “both” is even more powerful for me than the idea of standing out just because.
